Time for ongoing reputation management

- How much time should you budget for ongoing reputation management? Before assigning time to your team to handle this task, plan out your brands content and responses to any negative customer reactions. If you can plan this out at least one month in advance, this will help your team. To do so, create a content calendar so you can share customer response time across your entire team. It will speed up response time if this content is approved by all levels of management ahead of time. What is the actual time you'll need to budget in for reputation management? It depends on the size of the business, how many employees there are, and if there are any big product launches or announcements. It's safe to budget out at least 20 to 30 minutes a day, monitoring your brands reputation online, to respond to anything that requires your brands immediate attention and to review any positive or negative comments.
