- [Instructor] Twitter, the real time nature of Twitter makes it a perfect social media platform for event marketing. On the day it is one of the best tools you can have. Via Twitter, I often get involved in events I'm not even attending. And if I am attending, then I'm posting as many sound bites as I can, finding other people in the room to have conversations with in real life, and follow on social media. Of course, it's hugely valuable in the pre event marketing stage, too. Posing announcements, background information, content previews, speaker information, and registration links.
