- One of the greatest challenges in marketing is knowing which marketing messages would be compelling to your audience, and also knowing when and where you should deliver them. You need to understand your customer's journey and in this video, I want to share my approach to developing the customer's journey, and how you can use it to deliver the right message, at the right time. The customer journey, sometimes also referred to as the buyer's journey, refers to the process a user goes through, when purchasing a product. The customer journey is split into five stages. First is the awareness stage, which is where the user first hears about a product, service or brand. The second stage is the interest stage. It is the stage where the user sees that what you have to offer, may solve a current need, and they want to find out more. The third stage is the desire stage.
