Usability testing

- I'm about to show you an example of usability testing, a type of research design to understand how a user interacts with a product and how well they can complete the tasks they came to a website or an app to do. Instead of interview questions, in a usability testing session, you'll ask a participant to walk through a set of scenarios or tasks to accomplish. You'll ask participants to speak out loud as they navigate telling you what they're doing and what they're thinking as if they were narrating a YouTube tutorial video. Here are some examples of how scenarios might be worded. These scenarios are actual examples written to improve a website for the US Army. One, you'd like to know how your disability rating is determined and whether or not you can stay in the Army. Please find this information.
