Use Hunter.io to find email addresses

- [Announcer] Hey, I'm Brad Batesole. And in this marketing tip, I want to share with you a tool called Hunter. Hunter is a lightweight resource that makes it nearly effortless to find email addresses associated with a company. Now the use cases here are pretty obvious. You might be pitching a partnership opportunity, seeking leads, inquiring about media coverage and so on. Now it's usually fairly easy to find a company's email but we know that it's far better to reach a specific person. So you'll gain access to this tool at hunter.io and once you sign up, they do have a free plan. It gives you about 100 searches. You'll arrive at a dashboard similar to this. So what I'm going to do is run a quick search for H+ Sport and right away, you'll see that they have found several email addresses associated with this company. They also tell me that the most common pattern is the first name initial, their last name, at their domain name. And this might help you decipher what someone's email address could be if they don't have it listed here. Now additionally, they have a few other tools. Here at the top, I can choose Finder and I can say, I'm looking for a particular person, say a Henry Twill at this company. And here they come back and say, guess what, we found this email address, here it is, and here's how we know that this email address is associated to this particular person. Now what's also great is they have a Chrome extension which you can download and once it's downloaded, you'll see the icon amongst your Chrome extensions and when you're on a website, say H+ Sport, you can simply select the icon and right away, you'll see all the email addresses associated with that and you can even save the leads simply by clicking that plus icon. So there you have it. A quick way to find email addresses from all over the web. So check it out and see if it improves your day-to-day workflow. Thanks for checking in. As always, I'd love to hear from you so follow me on Twitter via @bradbatesole or connect with me on LinkedIn and let me know what you think.
