Use great email signatures

- Every time you send an email, you're creating a touch point for your brand. Each email essentially serves as an advertisement which makes it a great opportunity to draw attention to any relevant marketing campaigns or information about your business. Now instead of putting your website in your email signature, add a call-to-action to something relevant. Your website is inferred from your email address, but a call-to-action is more powerful. It can be a link to a white paper, a recent press release, a video you watched, or a new blog article. I set a recurring reminder on my calendar every two weeks to change my email signature. So, create a really compelling email signature, and then add in relevant content to drive additional awareness to what really matters.
