That's why it's important to include content that encourages people to read your entire email. Every newsletter is different. Some have exceptional design, some have great copy, and some have irresistible calls to action. But the main thing that needs to be conveyed immediately is that your newsletter will solve the reader's needs. If this is something your reader can feel will happen, they're more likely to scroll down and continue reading.
