3D milling
- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about 3D tool paths in Mastercam. Now Mastercam has a ton of different tool paths. We've mostly covered the 2D tool paths 'cause this is an introduction to Mastercam for Solidworks, but we have a whole bunch of options for 3D tool paths and in fact we've got multi axes tool paths as well if you have these versions of Mastercam. Now I've got pretty much everything turned on in my version of Mastercam, but your individual package might only have 2D tool paths or might just have the 2D and the 3D tool paths and not the multi axes, but depending on what you have doesn't really matter, I just want to show you a couple of things that are available to you if you have access to the 3D tool paths.
