Circular milling
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to be learning about the circle mill tool path. Now the circle mill tool path is a great alternative to a regular pocket. Now right over here we have an operation we're probably going to be doing a thread milling operation eventually on this. But right now I just need to remove the material inside of that pocket. So I could use dynamic milling if I wanted to, I could use a regular pocket. Or I can use the circle mill tool path. So if I head up here to point circle tool paths, I'm going to come down here to circle mill. As far as my selection I'm going to choose this edge right there, click okay. As far as my tool I'm going to go ahead and select a library tool, and I have a tool library that I've actually created here with some of the tools I've been using.
