- [Instructor] I'm going to demonstrate something that can be a big topic of discussion amongst architects, engineers, and construction professionals. One of the conversations that they have around the Matterport system is what is the measurable accuracy of the data. In this video, I'm going to just talk a little bit about this 1% variance in the Matterport system, and maybe some tips on how to achieve the best tolerances through field collection methods and other points on the subject. Here we are in the workspace view. And so if we go to the measure tool here, it converts that bubble view. We're now looking at the mesh, which is very clear. This is the 3D model, but it's going to be measuring. And this it's good to know what's happening here. So the 3D model is made from the infrared depth camera.
