Animating the feet and hips
- We now have the footsteps blocked out in this scene, so let's go ahead and just play that. Now from this point forward, we're going to focus mostly on the walk, and then we'll do the jump, second. So, I'm actually going to go ahead and just zoom in on my timeline here to about Frame 34 or so, just so I'm working with that walk. So, let's just go ahead and take this a step at a time. First thing I want to do is just start filling in our in-between positions. Now, I'm still working with just the hips and the feet. So, I really just want to concentrate on the lower body and we'll get the upper body later. So, if I select the hips or the feet, you'll see that we have keyframes every eight frames. So now I need to start filling in those in-betweens. The first logical place to do that is half-way in-between. We're going from Frame One to Nine, that's eight frames, so half-way in-between that would be four frames or basically Frame Five. Let's go ahead and make that middle position, and…
