Arnold settings for real-time rendering

- [Instructor] For setting up materials we'll want to define the appropriate Arnold render settings for interactive production rendering. Currently, I have setup the camera view to render with the Arnold renderer and because of that when I opened the scene, I got the Arnold Viewport Renderer Options dialog automatically. If I press play there or to start the interactive production rendering, we see that it looks pretty grainy and that might be a destruction when we're trying to develop the look of our materials. Let's change that up and also optimize the processor usage. Go into the Render Settings dialog and then go over to the System tab and here we can define how much processor time Arnold is going to use. Down here in the Render Settings section there's a switch labeled Autodetect Threads and if that is enabled, then Arnold will use 100% of all CPU time available on the current workstation.
