Extruding a cyclorama surface
- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we created a curve for our cyclorama backdrop. And now we're ready to extrude that to create an actual render able surface. I'm in the side view currently, I'll go back to the four view board layout by tapping the space bar. And also turn off the grid snapping that I enabled in the previous movie. Let's zoom out a bit in this prospective view, select the curve and press the F key to frame it in that view. And now let's add the extrude note. In the modeling menu set, go up into surfaces, extrude, options. And in here we want to change up a lot of these options. First of all we want the style to be distance. We're just going to create a very simple extrusion. And it's going to have a length. Let's set that extrude length to 400 centimeters or four meters. And just to make sure that it gets extruded in the right direction, let's specify the direction. Now we're going to set that…
