- [Instructor] This wall climbing video is a fascinating demonstration of the human body performing the art of parkour or free running. Now, as we're watching this video, I want to drill down the most important parts of what's happening in the scene. For example, right before she jumps, she does a full extension so we're going to start right here. Now, I like to always draw the hips so I'm going to identify where they're at and I kind of like to identify the major parts of the leg. I usually use the backside and I know that this leg is swinging forward so I'm going to just draw a quick little arrow and it looks like her hips are rotating in this direction whereas her upper body's rotating in this direction. This torquing motion is really critical to the body gaining a lot of force so I want to make sure I highlight it.
