- [Instructor] Now that we've blocked in the movement in Maya, let's focus on the finer details, like the arcs on the hips, and the smaller minutiae on say, the feet. For example, if we watch her as she runs forward, I want to really concentrate on this lifting off point, right here, right as she jumps off. How could I make it better? Well, one thing we can do is just click on her hips, and I always like to go to Pose Mode, which allows me to just to select the NURBS controls, and we can hide this camera really quick, and then go to Translate Y, and just zoom in here, and see what I'm getting. Now right away it seems okay, but I think we can really plus it. For example, I think we can hold down a little bit here, and then really take off on this push up. Plus, right before we get to this point, I think we can just pop up a little bit more, just a hair more... And then really push down and pop off, before we start to settle back down a little bit right here. Now another thing I want to…
