- [Instructor] Now, let's take a look at how to move and manipulate objects in Blender. Our move tools are here, along the side, and as you can see, as I hover over them, you also have shortcuts. So the shortcut for the move key is the G key. But, let's just go ahead and just use this interface here and select this object. Now when you have the move key selected, it also acts as a select tool. So all I have to do is left click on an object and I can move it. Now when I left click on the object this little gizmo shows up and we have red, green, and blue axes that allow us to move along x, y, and z. We can also click on these little squares here, and move parallel to a plane. So, for example, if I wanted to move this along the floor, I can press the blue one, and that will allow me to move it in x and y, but not z. Rotation is very similar, so if I select this object and make sure that rotation is enabled, I get a…
