Set up the scene

- Let's start off by setting up our scene, and getting it ready to rig. Now I've got everything in the scene here, but when we start off, we're gonna be working with just the engines. So the first thing I wanna do is just hide everything that I don't need. We've got a lot of complexity here, and we really just want to work on parts of the scene at a time. So first thing I'm gonna do is go into the outliner and just take a look at what we have. Well I've done some of the work for you. I've gone ahead and grouped a lot of these objects such as the tanks and hoses and the conveyor belt and so on. So what I really want to do is just go head and select some of these so the tanks, hoses, conveyor belt, the gears and the pulleys and I want to hide them, so we can go into display, hide, hide selection control H is the hot key for that. So now I've got all of these hidden so that way we can deal with those later. Now I've also set up some layers for us, and so we can turn on and off the…
