Setting aspect ratio and framing the shot
- [Narrator] In the previous movie, we created a renderable camera, and now we're ready to finalize that camera's aspect ratio, which is the proportion of screen width divided by height. We're going to set up the final composition of the shot and pose our subject. Let's start by just disabling the grid in the camera view so we're not distracted by that. Go to the Show menu and just disable the Grid in the camera view. And now let's maximize that camera view, tap the spacebar. You want to select the camera. You can do that by going to the View menu, and let's just open up the Attribute editor while we're at it. View Camera Attribute Editor, and we previously set up the Locator Scale and made it undoable. We also want to change up the Display options. So let's open that section, and most importantly, we need to enable the resolution gate, which will display exactly what is being rendered. So in the Display options, turn…
