Shadow and matte pass

- [Instructor] The next pass we're going to do is a shadow and matte pass, and it's very similar to how we would do the ambient occlusion pass. So I've got my two passes here. I've got my regular scene pass, and then if I highlight ambient occlusion you can see that that comes in. Well, basically shadow matte is essentially the same as ambient occlusion. What we're doing here is we're basically just going to override the material with a different material called a shadow matte material. So one of the nice things about Render Setup is that you can copy and paste. So I'm going to hit Control + C, Control + V to paste it. I'm going to select that second layer, and we're going to name it Shadow. Now all we need to do is do a few changes here. So I'm going to go to Collection Geo1, which has all my geometry, and this material override, I'm just going to right-click and delete it, and then we're going to right-click…
