Viewports and navigation in 3ds Max

- [Instructor] When you create stuff in 3ds Max, you'll spend a lot of time in the viewports. Now that's this big window here that shows us our assets and our scenes. Now navigating a viewport in 3ds Max is fairly straightforward. It's really just the middle mouse wheel along with the Alt key. So if I hold down my middle mouse key and drag, you can see that I can pan the scene. If I roll the middle mouse button, I can zoom. And if I hold down the Alt key and the middle mouse key, you can see I can orbit the scene. So this is great way to quickly navigate your scenes. Now if you go to the bottom right hand corner of the screen, you'll see these as well. Now in the very bottom right hand corner, we have a Maximize Viewport. So if I click that, you can see that we hop out to a 4-view, and that's a top, front and side view as well as our perspective view. If I click it again, it will highlight the highlighted window.…
