Access FrameFlex in bins

- [Instructor] When you add a high-resolution clip to a timeline, Media Composer automatically applies a FrameFlex adapter to it. It's a spatial adapter that changes the display and you can animate. But you can also access FrameFlex by right-clicking on a clip in the bin. I'm going to right-click here and go to Source Settings, and in these Source Settings, I've got a linked plugin, which applies specifically to this being an R3D file. You can change the debayering settings for your R3D file here. I've got color encoding control and I've also got FrameFlex. You'll notice that these controls are not key-frameable. You can apply key frames in the timeline using the FrameFlex effect in the Effect editor. But what I can do is apply a convenient, blanket adjustment to the clip right here. So I can resize, for example, and modify the clip, and make sure that it matches the aspect ratio of my project. Once again, down here I've got the option to stretch, pillarbox and letterbox and so on…
