- [Instructor] One of the most useful buttons in the Media Composer interface is this one right here, Add Edit. And all it does is chop something under the playhead based on your track selection buttons. Remember, we're not interested now in the Source Selection buttons, that's just for adding content from our source monitor. Instead, we're just looking at the Track Selection buttons or Track Enable buttons. I'm going to zoom in a little bit on the timeline here so we can see an individual clip. I'm in this Delete sequence clips sequence so you can guess what we're going to do here. And I want to choose a part of this clip to remove, but I want to do it not by thinking of in and out marks, but instead by thinking of clip segments. It's just another way of looking at the content in your sequence. Well, if I wanted to, I could remove the entire clip by selecting it and hitting the delete key or the backspace key. There we go, I have removed it, and as I did, the clip after it rippled up…
