Add motion to a photo
- [Instructor] For this chapter I've created a Chapter 8 folder. In amongst our projects you can see that listed here. Just browse to the folder and you should find this high resolution project waiting for you. It's quite likely you'll be working with some high resolution photos at one time or other and you'll want to manipulate those and perhaps even animate their appearance. I've got a sequence here called Animate A Photo, I'm going to duplicate that, cmd+D or ctrl+D on Windows and I'll work on a complete version. And I've already imported a photo here by linking. Just toggle over to the finder here, or Explorer on Windows. I've got a .JPEG and I just dragged this into Media Composer with the Alt key held down to link rather than ingesting it. Now there are a few ways of working with still images. In this lesson we're going to look at the Avid pan and zoom effect. And next we'll check out FrameFlex so you can see how they compare.
