- For this tutorial, I'm using a new project called Nesting Effects. In this project, I'm going to open up the student lesson sequences bin. I'll also open up this Tennessee Parkour Exercise sequences bin, so they're both available to me. And I'm interested in this TN parkour montage nesting sequence. I'm going to make a copy of this, so I'll right click in the composer window on the record monitor, and I'll choose duplicate. And in the Select dialog box, I'm going to choose the Tennessee parkour exercise sequences bin and click OK. Let's take a look in that bin. And looks like we've got one item in there already. I'm just going to rename that new sequence Nesting so it's easy to find. It just means we have a backup of the original sequence. The mechanism for combining effects in Media Composer is nesting.
