Changing the behavior of the animation between keyframes
- [Instructor] Another powerful option available in the graph view of the effect editor, is to switch the shape of the line that connects the key frames together. To illustrate this, I'm going to pull out this third key frame. Now I have all three key frames selected at the moment, and I'm going to click to select this last key frame. I'm going to hold the alt key, or option key on Mac OS, and drag to move it to the end of the clip. Looking at our graph editor, you can see that we've got quite a sharp line down to the first key frame and a slower line out towards the end of the clip. This is because we've used elastic key frames to shorten the timing and then fixed key frames to trim out the clip. I should note that we've got a control here at the bottom of the effect editor to reposition our view.
