Changing the output volume of the sequence

- If it seems that your overall mix is playing too loudly or too softly, there are basically two likely explanations. One is that your playback hardware is set too loud or too quiet. And of course the benefit of having meters in media composer is they give you an objective indication of level to try to overcome your subjectivity when you're listening to the sound. But in reality, if you see peak levels that are sort of in the right kind of region, and it still seems just a bit too loud in general, or a bit too quiet in general, it can be difficult to use the audio monitoring tools to know exactly if there's a problem with the mics or with your sound system. So there are two different ways to respond to this challenge. One is to obviously check your hardware.
