Creating a motion effect

- [Narrator] Another way to add dramatic impact is to use a motion effect, which changes the playback speed of your footage. And to demonstrate this, we're going to continue working on this dramatic moment that our climber loses his grip. The first thing we need to do is add the button that we'll use to create a motion effect. So I'm going to go to tools and into the command palette. Let me just pull this on screen and under the effects tab, I'm going to grab this motion effect editor button. I'm in the button to button assignment mode so I'll just pull this straight into a space at the bottom of the player monitor. Now I want to open up this original clip again, and I could find it in the bin, but actually I'm going to use match frame. I've lined up my play head. I'm holding down alt here on Windows. This would be option on Mac OS and I'm going to click on the match frame button. I'm using the alt key or the option key…
