Cutting down a sequence with Top and Tail

- [Man] Now that we've identified some sections of our montage that we want to remove, I want to introduce some fantastic keyboard shortcuts. Well, they will be keyboard shortcuts in a moment when we've mapped them. First of all, I've removed the markers I added to the sequence because I'm not working collaboratively and I'm going to make up my mind as I go through the edit about what I'm going to remove. Notice, also, I've disabled my audio 1 and audio 2 tracks because I don't want to do anything to my audio. I could, I suppose, lock the tracks, but I'm happy to just disable them at the moment. So now I'm going to go to my tools menu, and I'm going to choose command palette. And there are two types of shortcuts that I'm interested in here. The first is top and tail, which are going to remove the beginnings or ends of clips. And the other under, the trim category, is extend. And I'll show you how these work. In fact…
