Deleting unwanted clips
- {Tutor} Of course,the possibility exists, that you're going to have clips in your project that you don't want. And there's a couple of things worth noting about the process for Removing Content. First of all,I'm going to go into the Scene Six Bin I'm Double Clicking on the icon for it. And I'm going to select both of these clips. I'm just Lassoing across the two of them. Now I'm going to press the Delete Key, and I get this Delete Dialog Box. I have the option separately to delete two Master Clips. That's the links inside of the project but linked to the media. I also separately have the option to delete the three associated media files. That includes;Compressed Audio, and The Video. You've got the option to keep one or other of these. So you really have total control over what you're removing. Because these particular clips were Imported, rather than being Linked. The media itself is part of the Avid Media Database…
