- [Instructor] Regardless of whether Media Composer has applied an adapter to automatically to conform your media to the project format, you can apply the frame flex effect to any clip you like, and you can do so in the bin as well as in a sequence. I'm looking at this clip in my sequence right now and I'm interested to explore changing the framing in the bin. And there's a useful shortcut for this. We've been using match frame to locate a clip in the source monitor, and then use the find bin button to locate the clip in the bin. If you click the find bin button instead, in the composer window, the current sequence is displayed in a bin. There it is, San Francisco, but if you hold alt or option and click on the find bin button, you get the clip that is on the top-most enabled track with the play head over it.
