- [Instructor] For this tutorial, I'm using a new project file. It's called Exporting Your Movie. When it's time to share your sequence with the world as a file for distribution, there's really just one setting you're probably going to want to check. And that's the format setting. Here in the file menu I'm going to Settings, and under Format, I'm going to check that we've got the correct image resolution and frame rate for our output. There's not too much you can do with the frame rate once you've set it when creating the project, but you can change the rester dimension and you might well have reduced that setting during the editing process, just to speed up the rendering of effects and give a bit more flow to the editing process.
