Fading a title up and down

- [Instructor] If you want a title to fade up and down, you can use the same transitions that you would use with any other clip. So, here I'm going to move my playhead to the beginning of this title, I'll click on the Quick Transition button. I'm happy with all of the default settings, it's 24 frames, so it's centered on the cut, it's a dissolve, and I'll click Add. Of course this is added based on my Video Two track being selected. You can also use in and out points to achieve the same thing. I'll just undo with Control + Z or Command + Z, mark an in, mark an out, click the Quick Transition button, choose Apply to All Transitions In to Out, and click Add, and now this title fades up and down. - Pete Hedward found me on Instagram and really appreciated my stuff. - [Instructor] That timing's not particularly useful because we're overlapping the end of another clip.
