Importing audio media
- If you're importing audio, there are some specific options that are important for you to check whether you're using the source browser or not. I'm going to open up this music bin and right click, choose input and source browser. And in the source browser, I'm going to browse to the music folder that contains one piece of music. Next to the import option at the bottom left of the source browser, there's a little cog icon. And if I click this, it's actually a shortcut to the import settings that we looked at earlier on. I'm going to go to the audio settings here. And for most of the options, I'm pretty happy with the default choices. Audio has a sample rate, and we want to make sure that that matches the sample rate of our project, be it 48 kilohertz or 96 kilohertz or whatever it is we're not working with pull up and pull down speed changes here so if you are using that particular workflow, we're not going to need to…
