- [Instructor] It's up to you if you tend to work using in and out marks on the timeline or making segment selections, and you'll probably find that you alternate between the two depending on the operation. There are a couple of really quick easy ways to select segments if that's how you prefer to work, and I'd like to take a moment to run over them now. First of all, there's a really useful shortcut that allows you to apply in and out marks to your sequence based on clip selection, and it's this option here, Mark Clip, or the t key on your keyboard by default. Mark Clip marks the boundaries of any clip that the playhead is over on the selected tracks. So, if I click on the button now, you can see we've got in and out marks around this clip, and if I want to, I can select a number of clips. I'm holding down Shift here while I click, and if I click the button again, I now get the beginning of the first clip right through to the end of the second clip. So, what I'm doing is migrating…
