- [Instructor] By coping in those AVB files, I've added some media to our project. Let's take a look in this Anesthesia Dailies bin. We've got quite a few clips here that we can work with. And if I scroll over and take a look at the video information. I can see that this is the DNxHR codec. That's the resolution independent codec. It's LB the low bandwidth version. And it's 1280 x 720. The audio sample rate is 48,000. That all sounds fine. However, we created this project to be... UHD. So, it's 3840 x 2160. And if we use this media in our project with it's current format... During playback. Media Composer's going to scale up this video footage. And that's extra work for your computer to perform. It's going to impact playback performance. There's no real benefit in scaling up the media in this way. Especially if we're just reviewing the Dailies or even building our sequences from those Dailies with the intention…
