- [Instructor] Ordinarily, when you press play, the playhead moves from left to right, and you see and hear whatever is underneath it. But you don't have to just play indefinitely. When your timeline is in trim mode, and you press play, you're actually pressing loop play. - Huh? - She doesn't want it? - That's what he said. - [Instructor] And the playhead will simply move again and again across that current edit, which is really useful when making fine trimming adjustments. But you can also specify to just play between your in and out points. And that's useful if you're focusing on the timing for a particular scene. So I'm going to add an in and out point here in my sequence, I'm doing this just using the I and the O keys. And there's a couple of ways of accessing the in to out playback. By default, in to out playback is not mapped to a key on your keyboard. But of course, there's a button for it in the command…
