- [Trainer] When performing a Ripple Trim using the Extract/Splice-in mode, there's always the danger that you're going to modify the contents of tracks that you don't want to, or just move items into different timings unintentionally. Let's take a look at managing sync clocks to avoid accidentally adding changes to deselected tracks. This is my media drive where I've got the assets for this training. I'm going to go into the MC110 Assets folder and look in the Music and SFX folder and in this Music folder. And back in Media Composer, I'll open up our music pin, there's nothing in there right now, back in the folder, I'm going to drag this item straight into Media Composer. Now this item's in my project, I'm going to pull it down into our working sequence. I'll just grab the icon here and drop it straight in.
