Set preview quality

- [Narrator] On the bottom of the timeline window, there's a little button here which allows us to specify our preview quality or our playback quality. If I click on this button, you can see we toggle between full green, green and tan and yellow. And the default is this half and half green and yellow. It doesn't tell you all that much, does it, if you just look at the colors. But if you right click on this menu, you get a better explanation. Right now, we're working at draft quality which given the small size of our program monitor is probably absolutely fine. The resolution is 50 percent say. If we switch this to full quality, we get full image resolution, this is more important when you're looking at a larger monitor obviously. We also have the option to render our effects and our playback for that matter in 10 bit. Basic performance is also worst quality. So if I select this option you can see right away, our image goes a little bit fuzzy. This is pretty useful for layout purposes.…
