- [Instructor] After all the warnings about losing sync and all the concerns about using the Extract Splice In mode on the Timeline, it turns out there is actually one safety net. And I wanted to leave this until right at the end of the process of learning about moving things around the Timeline because it's better, I think, to begin with understanding what happens when you move things and then learn about the safety net. And the safety net is the Sync Locks. Right now, I've got a simple sequence set up here. In fact, what I'm going to do is make this even simpler. I'm going to zoom out a little bit. I'm going to just click around about here, mark an In, over at the end I'm going to mark an Out, and I'm going to hit X to extract. I want this to be very very simple. And I'm going to zoom, let's zoom out a little bit. So, good. Now we can see we've got a clip here, we've got a clip here, and we've got a couple of clips on the Video two and three tracks.
