The Timeline window
- The third major piece of the Avid Media Composer Interface is the timeline window. And to show you this I've opened the rock climber opening sequence that is in the sequences bin. I've still got that sequences bin in a folder called "Another Folder" but it doesn't really matter where your bins are. They become equally accessible when you open them. Clips are positioned in the timeline window to create sequences. And a sequence is played from left to right. When you press play, for example here in the record side of the composer window - As I get to the rock. - And you can click again to stop play back. You can see this blue position indicator moves from left to right. This indicator is showing you the current frame of video and audio that's displayed in the composer window record monitor.
