- [Instructor] By now, you will have noticed that every time you see trim rollers in the timeline window, the composer monitor is switching to a different mode. I've got the smart tool selected from the trim type, and I'm going to click to select one end of a clip here in my sequence. And right away you can see the buttons change for the composer window. Some of these are the same. Although there's one key difference, which is the play loop button. Play loop is an option in Media Composer that's available in the command palette, but when you're in trim mode in the Composer window, it comes up automatically.
