Using Add Edit to trim multiple tracks

- If you're working on a very complex multilayered sequence, it can get a little confusing working out where to trim and how you should position your trim rollers. So there's a kind of a mental shortcut, more than a technological shortcut to make it easier to manage complex layered projects. Here I've got a clip open in the source monitor, and I can use this as well as any other. I'll just pick out a short piece of this clip. I'm going to mark an end point and an outpoint. Something like that's fine. And then I'll drag this down into the timeline window and I'm pushing up to create a new track, but I've realized I've got the audio there, which I don't really want. So let me turn off my source audio and I'll pull this in and somewhere over here is fine. In fact, I'm going to hold control or command to snap this clip to the beginning of that three B three shot. So you can see that these are aligned. And I'll turn on…
