Using playback, navigation and view options

- [Voiceover] Controlling playback in Melodyne depends on whether you're using the standalone program or the plugin. In the standalone application, playback is controlled natively in the application, as you would expect, while in the plugin, the DAW controls playback. However, you can still control local playback in the plugin, but only when the DAW's playback is stopped. Clicking the Play button will start playback. (piano music plays) Clicking it again will pause playback. Clicking Play again will resume playback from the last start point, or, in other words, where we just paused. ♫ Every second, every hour, I'm callin' for you ♫ Callin' for-- ♫ And if you're playing back and you click the Stop button, playback will stop and the cursor will jump to the last start point. ♫ for you, every second, every hour, I-- ♫ Double-clicking the Stop button during playback will bring the cursor back to the start of the timeline. ♫ for you ♫ And clicking the stop button while stopped will do the…
