I'm working in the exercise file, sample-set-05-mesh-edit-typology.psx, and you can find that in the exercise folder, sample-set-05-mesh-edit. Now, really common problem when working with models that come from photogrammetry or 3D scanning workflows are tiny little chunks of polygons that are floating in space, kind of right off of the model. I can see some of those right here. If I zoom in with my middle mouse scroll wheel, you can see there's a little hunk, little hunk there, that are not attached to the model, and those are usually the results of either noise in the information of the model or other mistakes that might've been made during the buildup process.
