Rotate

- [Announcer] Now lets take a look at the rotate element command. Continue using the file for chapter six, manipulate basic geometry.dgm. Using view groups select the rotate model. The rotate element command is very similar to scale element and offers most of the same methods. We can rotate by active angle, by two points, or by three points. Let's look at rotating an element using the active angle first. Using the tool setting dialog I will key in the angle of 30 degrees. The prompt field is asking me to identify the element that I want to rotate. I will select this rectangle, now it wants me to select the pivot point that I want to rotate about. Let's rotate about the lower left corner of the rectangle. The element is now rotated by 30 degrees.
