- [Instructor] In this exercise, we will learn how to access the various right click menus available in MicroStation. Continue using the file for chapter one, Surviving the Interface.dgn. Now let's take a look at some of the right click contextual menus that are available in MicroStation. We've already talked about what happens when you right click on top of a tool box. You're allowed to turn tools on and off for that tool box. Again, you'll do this after you've worked with MicroStation for a couple weeks and you know what tools you're not going to use on a regular basis. If you right click on top of a tool in the task navigator, you will get an option to open that section of the task navigation panel as a tool box. If you right click in the middle of the view window, you automatically get common commands that can be applied to any element type such as copy, move, scale, and rotate.
