- [Instructor] In this exercise, I will demonstrate how to use View Attributes to control the display of different element types on a per view basis. Open the file for chapter three, Using Views.dgn, and using View Groups, select the View Attributes model. Let's find out how we can tweak the appearance of the view windows based on their View Attributes. The View Attributes dialogue can be accessed using the pulldown menu, Settings, View Attributes, or by using the View Tools and selecting the first button, View Attributes, located on each view window, or by selecting the Bentley B button on each view if you've turned off your view tools in your user preferences. There is also the Control + B shortcut key for you keyboard users that will open the View Attributes dialogue. I will use the view controls button located at the top of view one to open the View Attributes dialogue. This dialogue can be opened two ways.
