Working with the Stretch command

- Now lets look at the Stretch command. Using View Groups select the Stretch Element model. The Stretch command is also on the Manipulate toolbox. If I select the Stretch command the only option I really have is wether I want to stretch cells or not. I will go ahead and turn that off since we don't have any cells in this file. The Stretch command allows me to stretch elements like they were rubber. This is easier than moving edges and having to clean up the graphic corners with other commands. In this example i want to move the right edge of the shape so that it is 50 feet longer in the x direction. The stretch requires that I define a fence block area that encompasses all the vertices and elements that need to move or stretch. For example, i will stretch the lines in the smart line shape. And I want the circle to move with it. The fence block must enclose the circle and both of those right vertices. Now i can identify the point to start the stretch using my left mouse click. And…
