Refine filtering needs via custom filter options

- [Instructor] Excel's custom filter provides us 2 with a wealth of options for pairing down a list. 3 If your list happens to be a table, 4 you probably have the filter arrows present, 5 but if you go to the table design tab, 6 you could turn off the filter button this way 7 and you might or might not have done that. 8 You can also apply a filter quickly with control shift L, 9 regardless of whether your list is a table or not. 10 So control shift L, 11 keep an eye on the arrows in row one, 12 either appear or disappear. 13 So we can certainly use that at different times. 14 Now let's suppose that we focus on column I. 15 We're interested in showing just some of the entries here, 16 those between let's say 80 and 90,000. 17 Clicking the drop arrow, we see the term number filters. 18 It's a numeric column, Excel picks up on that. 19 Gives us a wealth of choices here. 20 How about between sounds like what we want here…
