- Before we dive into the course, let's take a quick look at the Microsoft Teams for Education platform. Microsoft Teams for Education is available to educators and students through their school's Microsoft Office 365 account. If your school doesn't have a 365 account, note that as an educator, you may be eligible to sign up for a free account, which is something I recommend that you look into. You can find out more by navigating to the Office 365 for Education page. Note that for many of the things that we'll do in this course, you'll need a Microsoft 365 for Education faculty account, as opposed to a student account. I'm going to navigate to my Microsoft Teams account through my Office 365 dashboard. From here, going to go down and select the Teams app. And this brings me to the web-based version of my Microsoft Teams account.
